    Interface RatePlanDerivationRequest

    Bind a plan to a parent, or cut it loose.

    Sending parent_rate_plan_id: null resets the plan to a standalone manual rate and clears the modifier — the three CHECK constraints on rate_plans do not allow any other combination, so the two always move together.
